Hi, I’m Jon Bailey, founder of Bailey Creative Works. I’m UK-based and specialise in video production, photography, and digital content creation. I blend marketing, technology, and storytelling to help brands communicate with impact and grow. Driven by innovation and ROI, I manage projects from concept to delivery across digital, broadcast, and commercial platforms. Collaborative, adaptable, and feedback-oriented, I’m passionate about creating standout content that elevates brand identity. The creative industry has evolved. In today’s age of AI, where a phone can rival a design studio and professional-grade equipment costs a fraction of what it did a decade ago, competition is fiercer than ever. To stay relevant, we’ve all had to adapt - a cameraman now needs to be an editor and a designer; a photographer needs knowledge of video production, and so on. Many “agencies” are, in reality, one or two people in a shared workspace managing freelancers.

I see this as an opportunity. I choose to be transparent. I won’t pose as a large agency, add hidden charges, or tell you the clock has run out on your project. I provide a direct, personal service, with no layers, no middlemen, just a straightforward, one-to-one working relationship.

 

While I work with trusted freelancers when needed, just like any agency, I personally oversee every project to ensure quality, flexibility, and client satisfaction. I also understand that last-minute changes happen, and you shouldn’t have to wait two weeks for an update. My approach is agile, responsive, and focused on delivering the results you need, when you need them.
